Following on CX18 in Nashville, USA (1-4 May 2018), Genesys South Africa will organize on 17 July 2018, G-Summit Johannesburg in The Forum, Bryanston. G-Summit Johannesburg will be the key CX event in 2018 for Genesys customers, partners and prospects, with an interesting program of keynotes, breakout sessions and time for networking. A great opportunity to get inspired by many customers, partners and business partners at the Genesys Partner Paviljon located at the unique venue in Bryanston.
The agenda will contain some sparkling keynotes from Genesys CMO Merijn te Booij about CX Singularity and also from Prof Adré Schreuder, founder & CEO of Consulta South Africa. For special inspiration Genesys will have pioneering explorer and adventurer Riaan Manser in the speakers line up as well. Manser rose to prominence on becoming the first person to cycle around the perimeter of Africa. For over 24 months, alone & unaided, he pedalled a staggering 37,000 km through 34 countries, some of which rank as the most dangerous countries on Earth. On seeing Riaan’s story on television, Nelson Mandela personally requested a meeting with Manser, saying it was “a performance that will inspire the youth of the continent”.
